Education that Empowers

Dedicated to Community Service

I am deeply involved in community service, actively contributing to organizations that make a difference in Skagit County:

President of the Board at Burlington Little School
Previous Board Member at Friendship House
Previous Board Vice Chair at Fidalgo Nature School

A Powerful Statement

In this crucial role, I will leverage my experience to ensure the provision of outstanding programs for Skagit County citizens while implementing positive change. Growing up on a five-acre farm, I understand the needs and healthcare access challenges faced by rural communities. As a parent and a business professional, I am committed to securing a healthy future for people of all ages while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

On the Hospital Board, I will be a strong advocate for:

Program Expansion: I will work tirelessly to introduce more programs and expand healthcare services to meet the needs of our community.

Healthcare Access: I will fight for equitable healthcare access for our rural communities, ensuring they receive the same level of care as those in urban areas.

A Record of Community Engagement

I have actively collaborated with nonprofit leaders and local elected officials, advocating for healthcare after witnessing the struggles of individuals with mental health issues and disabilities. Alongside managing a successful optometry practice, I have volunteered for the betterment of our community, supported local businesses, and improved early childhood education throughout Skagit County.

Committed to a Healthy and Vibrant Skagit County

With a steadfast commitment to improving the health and vitality of all residents, I am ready to serve on the Hospital Board. Your vote for me will ensure a passionate advocate for positive change and accessible healthcare.
